    Frequently Asked Questions

    How many players do I need?

    We suggest a minimum of 6 teams for a good event and there’s no limit to how many you can bring. We’ve been involved in events with teams from all over the world taking part.

    It depends on the event you put on. Most tale around three to four hours for group stages, semi’s and a final, with food to follow.

    Yes, we will take care of that for you.

    Do I have to pay 100% up front?

    You can if you’d prefer, otherwise, it’s 50% to confirm the booking with the balance payable on the day of the event.

    The deposit is non-refundable, but we will always try and reschedule with you.

    We’re primarily based in Nottingham, but you can always hire us to run your event elsewhere. Give us a call if you would like to discuss your options.
